The original recipe of vegan meatball
Ingredient :
- 1 cup raw chickpeas (I used 2 water b. Cooked chickpeas)
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 full dessert spoon of cumin
- Coriander, salt, pepper
- 2 tablespoons full b. flour (according to consistency)
- Olive oil
Preparation:
- I put the chickpea in the water to swell from the night.
- I set my oven at 200 degrees before I started making it and let it warm.
- I filtered the swollen chickpeas into a robot.
- I bought all the ingredients, except flour and oil, to the robot, and I pulled them until they were crumbly.
- When I found the size I wanted, I added 2 tablespoons of flour, and I knead it a little and knead the shape of the meatball and grease the bottom of the meatball and put them all on the baking tray.
- Then I greased their tops and baked in the oven until they were golden brown
