Ingredients Squid Salad Grill
-> 250 g of squid
-> ½ teaspoon black pepper
-> 1 teaspoon salt
-> 1 tablespoon olive oil
-> 6 cherry tomatoes, cut into 2 parts
-> 100 g of rocket lettuce
-> 100 g peeled carrots, cut a match
-> 150 g of red onion, thinly sliced
-> 50 g of cilantro, cut into pieces
-> 2 tablespoons oil sauce:
-> 6 red chilies, thinly sliced
-> 3 tsp sugar
-> 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
-> 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
-> 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
How to make a Squid Salad Grill
1. Cut the squid, coat with black pepper, salt and olive oil, stir until smooth.
2. Sauce: Add the red chili pepper, sugar, garlic, fish sauce, and lemon juice in a bottle, shake until the sauce is evenly mixed.
3. Heat the grill pan, cook the squid and tomatoes until the color is brown. Lift, set aside.
4. Stir in rocket lettuce, red onion, coriander carrot, and sauce, seasoning, stir until smooth.
5. Serving the Squid and Tomato on a serving plate, pour the salad. Serve immediately.
